This is a calciner screw from aluminum refinery in Australia. These photos were taken after 4 years in service after the repair was made. Normally these screws would need to be repaired or replaced after only 12-18 months in service. These photos show the CeramAlloy CBX is almost perfect condition after the screw was cleaned!
