Chemical Attack Repair at Wastewater Treatment Plant

This wastewater treatment plant was experiencing leaks in its digester tank due to corrosion. While prepping the area for repair, the repair crew also found that there was a significant amount of concrete that had eroded away also. In order to repair the eroded concrete, repair workers applied ENECON’s DuraQuartz to the damaged area. ENECON’s CHEMCLAD P4C product was then applied to the concrete in order to optimize the bonding on the final coating. Due to the chemical nature of the business, two coatings of CHEMCLAD SC was applied to provide a strong coating for chemical resistance.
