Centrifuge Repair

This wastewater treatment plant had experienced heavy erosion and corrosion damage to its centrifuge. Instead of replacing the entire piece, which would have been extremely costly, they decided to repair it with ENECON’s CeramAlloy CL+AC and DurAlloy. After initial prep work was completed, a coasting of CeramAlloy CL+AC was applied to help repair the damage equipment while providing erosion and corrosion resistance. DurAlloy was then applied to fill in the deepest and rough parts. Lastly, a second coating of CeramAlloy CL+AC was used for reassurance and aesthetics.
